For me, the part about confidence really resonated, because I know I need to be confident if I want to be successful, but I have a fear that I’ll lose friends and meaningful connections from coming across as arrogant. The confidence I need has to be authentic…it has to be an integral part of who I am (not something I just turn on when I’m online), but I’m hesitant about it because I don’t want the people I care about to feel like we can’t relate…

This Chakra deals with high-level intuition, and the thing to realize here is that so-called “psychic abilities’ are really just natural skills – instincts that atrophy and decay through lack of exercise, disbelief or some combination of the two. It links to a program I’ve been using since 2007 (and still do to this day…EVERYDAY) to keep my own mind in check. But this is more then just a recommendation – it’s a honorable tribute to a man who’s work…

- altered my perspective on what reality IS,
- made me realize what was possible for me,
- helped freed me from the destructive mental patterns that I was literally surrounded by at the time, and
- created a metamorphosis in my mind that led me to become the person you see today,

On this call, we only made it up to the first two chakras: Muladhara (the “root”) and Swadhisthana (the “sacral”), which deal with overcoming survival-based fear and becoming more sensual (more sensitive to your physical experience).
