So because I know what I’m going to say, because I focus on one element at a time and because I have an automated routine, blogging doesn’t take too long at all. Don’t get me wrong, my first few blogs took me a total of 7 hours or so to get together, so I know how you feel, but I stuck with it. See a classic post like that…

Believing that you can have un-trained memories but not bad ones, I replied, “If you have a bad memory, if you can’t retain important information, then I want you to forget the word elephant…”

The confidence I need has to be authentic…it has to be an integral part of who I am (not something I just turn on when I’m online), but I’m hesitant about it because I don’t want the people I care about to feel like we can’t relate…

Anger is usually just a cover up to disguise vulnerability…I’ve noticed that whenever I’d feel hurt emotionally (or afraid that I was about to be hurt emotionally), I’d use anger as a tactic to intimidate the other person…that way they’d never get to see that they have the power over me to make me feel that way.
