Anger is usually just a cover up to disguise vulnerability…I’ve noticed that whenever I’d feel hurt emotionally (or afraid that I was about to be hurt emotionally), I’d use anger as a tactic to intimidate the other person…that way they’d never get to see that they have the power over me to make me feel that way.
