how to overcome fear guide for black menAnother thing you can do if you have a fear, paranoia or an anxiety towards a particular action – if anything irrational is triggering that “flight or fight” state for you – is to do that thing REPEATEDLY until the fear dies down.

What you’ll find is that fear gradually recedes as you ease your way into the task, so all you have to do is orchestrate a situation where you’re forced to do it enough until the fear naturally dissolves.

———— Here’s an Example ————

A few weeks back, a friend of mine shared w/ me the how when he first was learning to approach women, he was terrified by it (which is ironic considering how successful he is now).

He said that the only reason he got over it was because another literally FORCED him to approach women and start conversations one after the other…he would take him out to malls and what have similar places and then just pressure him into it until it became second nature, and it worked.

So you can do the same thing with anything really…think of creative ways you can gradually ease yourself into facing the fear until it’s no longer an issue.
