Every day when I get out the bed, I aim to be a bit more wiser, focused and “together” before the next time I lie back in it, and I just think the world would be a better place if we all pushed ourselves to perform past our “default circumference” in similar fashion. If you’ve ever had the thought that your life stinks or ever wished that you were more like someone you know or know of, what you were really saying is that you would like to make better choices and spend your time like that other person. You were basically saying that you want to do the things that other person does, because to ‘be’ like someone else is simply to spend your time doing the same things they do.

According to Hedges, “the Democratic Party has betrayed us” (he’s even dissing Obama). All of the pillars that make a liberal establishment work have been destroyed….the whole idea is that REAL liberalism in America no longer exists: that what we think of as the liberal (or progressive) establishment is now only a disguise.
