Overcoming Fear & Getting More in Touch w/ Your Sensual Side (Chakras One & Two)

19 August 2010 No Comment

Peace,

Since there was some technical difficulties with the radio show last (it’s really my fault actually), it’s been rescheduled to go down August 25th…same time, same place. Unfortunate, I know, but it’s cool because this gives me time to make the program EVEN BETTER.

On the call, we only made it up to the first two chakras: Muladhara (the first root) and Swadhisthana (the second sacral). Here’s the audio clip of what IS available so far…I edited the raw recording to salvage what I could:

yoga and psychotherapy the evolution of consciousness& here’s links to some of the books I mentioned:

>> Yoga & Psychotherapy: The Evolution of Consciousness
>> The Book of the Chakras, and
>> Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway…

That last book is meant to help with clearing up and activating the Root Chakra. Someone stuck here has issues with fear and paranoia, but since (on the positive side) this Chakra has to do with animal instinct, here’s a note I put together on that too.

And lastly, since the Sacral Chakra is about sensuality and sexuality, one good way to develop yourself here is with massage. Here’s a great video with basic instructions:
