An Introduction to Dream Analysis…

Not sure if I told you this yet, but I’m big on dream analysis and other related ideas like lucid dreaming, out-of-body experiences, etc. Currently, I’m reading a book called Lucid Dream in 30 Days: The Creative Sleep Program, and it’s been helping me to have more potent dreams on the regular.

The book starts off suggesting you to keep a journal by your bed every night to record what happens in your dreams AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP. When you do this however, don’t try to write out the dream in its entirety, just use key words (almost like doing a google search) to remind you of what happened…this keeps you from forgetting it as your mind transitions into its normal waking state (what’s referred to as beta brainwave frequency).

So that’s what I’ve been doing, and recently El Rasun & I put a song together called “Dream Visions” that builds on this concept. I’ll share the full track with you as soon as it gets mastered, but for now, check out my verse:
