23 October 2013 No Comment

“The anxiety and fear we have about success are mostly theoretical…
it stems more so from our own minds than it does actual experience.”

Here I am at Hofstra University, giving a tag-team, dynamic-duo performance with award-winning News Anchor Cheryl Wills of Time Warner Cable’s NY1.

We spoke about our respective books – How to Conquer Yourself and Die Free: A Heroic Family Tale – and our experiences to help motivate, inspire, inform and uplift their several of their media industry student-organizations (Hofstra University’s Association of Black Journalists, ED-2010, Black Student Union, etc. etc.)

Install the core mental patterns of the greatest goal achievers ever!
