Some Serious Advice from Holistic Health GENIUS Dr. Liala Afrika…

23 July 2010 2 Comments

Here’s a great video series I found while doing research for Wednesday’s call…a dramatized conversation between Dr. Liala Afrika and a couple of “junk food eaters”.

Dr. Afrika is a nutritional consultant, a massage therapist, a historian, a certified addictionologist, an acupuncturist, a writer and a Doctor of Naturopathy. I support this brother and his work around African Holistic Health because it saved me from depression: as I was saying on the radio show earlier this week, I was at an extremely low emotional point at that time which his advice helped me to transcend and overcome.

Enjoy the clips below for some good information, good acting (particularly on the sister’s part) and a good laugh…

Yeah this was a good video series, I used this one with my kids on family meeting. They really love Dr. Afrika, he is very engaging and knowlegeable.

Funny too…”now you’re eating the lettuce which is symbolic to (you know what)…this is getting freaky.”
