Here’s the full playback from a classic blog talk radio show I did called, “Developing SELF-ESTEEM: Insights & Techniques for Building Confidence…”:

This episode is VITAL, so trust me when I say you don’t want to skip over it. I sent a newsletter out one day saying…

“The science is this: your self-esteem is your relationship with your own perception…it’s the fundamental orientation you have towards your own experience in real-time; your ‘style of consciousness’ through which EVERYTHING ELSE is filtered…”

Recommended Self-Esteem Resources…

honoring the self by nathaniel brandenFirst up is Honoring the Self: Self-Esteem & Personal Transformation by Nathaniel Branden. Branden’s a revolutionary leader in the field of self-esteem psychology who, unfortunately, isn’t that well-known. Just understand that this one book helped out with my research (and helped me) tremendously, and it’s definitely going to be added to the “recommended scrolls” collection soon…

Next is The Secret of the Shadow: The Power of Owning Your Whole Story by Debbie Ford, which I’ve already mentioned in my past work multiple times…I originally heard this on audio-cassette waaaaay back when I first starting taking my writing seriously, and she helped put a lot of the things I was doing in perspective (as in, in relation to my own personal evolution).

The last book I’ll mention here is The Dragon Slayer w/ a Heavy Heart: A Powerful Story About Finding Serenity & Happiness…Even When You Really, REALLY Wish Things Were Different by Marcia Powers. This is one of my favorite books ever, because her writing style, deep psychological insight and practical tools will work wonders for anyone.

And lastly, the Success Conditioning Software from Think Right Now Intl., which I’ve been using since 2007 to keep my mind and emotions healthy and on track (all this work I do wouldn’t be up if it weren’t for them).

think right now girl listening

I truly believe that this is the best personal-development product EVER CREATED (they actually have the most visited personal-development product website on earth for a reason), so I’d be keeping a major secret from you if I didn’t put you on. Check them out now…

Peace,
