SO…get leverage on yourself by re-organizing your kitchen to trick your subconscious mind: put your sweets WAY high up in the cabinet (where they can’t be seen) & leave fruit, nuts etc. right there out in the open.
Now you’re more likely to eat healthy without even thinking about it…
