Recommended Reading: Scrolls for Mind-Elevation
Peace,
I’ve been getting A LOT of questions lately about recommended reading…especially since I did that last video: people are looking for good research material on meditation, self-confidence, metaphysics, health and positive living in general.
So if you haven’t already, listen to this:
Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
It’s Recommended Scrolls Session 1 – an audio interview of me and El building on some of our favorites. I’ll make a blog post covering all of sessions later on, but this one came out pretty good, so take a second to check it out now.
Here’s a slideshow of the different titles (click on the “Recommended Scrolls” logo for it), and below that you’ll see some amazon links for them as well:
And lastly, although I’m still putting some finishing touches on the book, you can check out a dope blogging series I did in early March called “Conquer Yourself: How to Enhance Your Productivity, Improve Your Time-Management, Attain Self-Discipline & More” now. (Click the image to see the full cover design.)
It’s 13 posts all building on this same concept – easy steps to help you enhance your personal efficiency – so it can be thought of as a short book in and of itself. The link takes you to a page that explains everything, briefly outlines each post and gives you easy navigation to every entry in the series, so go ahead and check it out now.
Peace,
+B
