Take Care of YOURSELF: 4 Quick Tips To Stay Healthy On ALL LEVELS

Here’s a few quick things I do on the regular (as in, EVERYDAY) to keep myself at an optimal state. This will help give you ideas for a daily routine of your own…
1) Stretching
I stretch every morning, with a series that starts from my head and neck proceeding down to my shoulders, arms, waists and legs.
It originally came from a set of stretches you should do before running, but I couldn’t find the video I first learned it from, so here’s something that describes my first entire morning routine. Check it:
2) Having Someone to Rap With
I always make sure I have multiple people to rap with about where I’m at, what I’m doing and why I’m worried or confused about whatever. It’s almost like having a council or cabinet to deliberate on specific issues…
I usually consult a female friend for dating advice, older males for advice in general (money, bigger questions about women…anything really), and anyone intelligent – who can also speak DIRECTLY – about something mental, abstract or psychological.

I emphasize the “direct” part because I stay away from conversation just for conversation’s sake…usually, intelligent people are experts at running their mouths without making a point.
Also, I don’t take my goals or visions to someone who isn’t on the same page, but I’m smart enough to know that I don’t know enough to know what I’m doing (hope that makes sense).
There’s even a quote that goes, “Learn from the mistakes of others…you can’t live long enough to make them all yourself.” (Eleanor Roosevelt, I think)
3) Going Vegetarian, Vegan or Raw
I’ve been vegetarian for 6 years now. You can check out the complete story for more details, but the point I want to make here is that being vegetarian helped me to:
>> overcome depression,
>> SAVE money (contrary to what people assume),
>> keep my weight and health in order for the long term,
>> stay creative, energized and positive enough to do this blog
…and countless other things. Here’s a video that goes more in depth
(catch more videos like this here)
4) CONSTANT Mental Growth
The main idea with this fourth point is to constantly feed your mind with positive, uplifting and new ideas to keep yourself focused.
By this, I don’t necessarily mean new information per se, but with new worldviews, new frameworks and new paradigms that keep challenging you to think above the level your currently at. Here’s some examples:
>> What are your views on persuasion? Do you consider yourself to be a persuasive communicator, and do you think of persuasion itself as a valuable and positive skill?
>> What is your purpose here on planet earth?
>> If you create abundance in ALL areas of your life, what will you be able to accomplish from there???
…etc. etc.
There’s a program I use on the regular (again, as in EVERYDAY) called, “Think Right Now” Accelerated Success Conditioning that I recommend and offer through the site, that helps with this process.
If you’re really serious about this, I suggest you make the investment in yourself – and in your future – to keep your mind on track and to develop as human being.
This is the type of work which GAURANTEES that you’ll have the self-esteem, the motivation and the skills necessary to accomplish your goals and AVOID the failures that, unfortunately, most of our society is headed towards. Check out their website for more.
Take care of yourself…make it a priority to keep your inner world and personal needs (your health, your mind, your emotions, etc.) at an optimal level…
Peace,
+B
