“The noble soul has reverence for itself…”
~ Frederich Nietzche in Beyond Good & Evil

Here’s five (5) key paradigm shifts for cultivating inner-strength: that sense of personal power and personal resolve that allows you to stay motivated throughout the duration of a long-term goal, and remain emotionally-centered throughout the duration of a large-scale battle in life.

Enjoy and remember, as I say in chapter 4 of How to Conquer Yourself, “True motivation is built internally – from one’s sense of identity – and can never be derived from an external point of reference.”

I like your stuff. If you haven’t read the essay “As A Man Thinketh” by James Allen, I’m sure you would enjoy it. It’s available on the web and also YouTube, but make sure you get the original version, not someone’s “updated” version or the “gender neutral” version.
